‘A Hot Mess’ Intaglio Print – Artist Proof

This an Artist Proof (A.P.), a one-of-a-kind print made from the piece titled ‘A Hot Mess’, an intaglio etching by AnnMarie Flamenco, circa 2005. Here I was exploring by hand-etching the letterforms “I”, “A”,  and “F” into a steel plate to create an abstract typographic piece. This one has some stains on the print… for added character!?
